Peaches and Cream Popsicles

Yummy. Try this recipe.

makes 6 popsicles

Ingredients
1 cup of peaches; chopped then pureed
½ cup peaches; diced
6 tablespoons milk
1 5.3 ounce container of Greek vanilla yogurt
2 teaspoons Agave Nectar (see note below)

Directions
1. Mix peach puree, milk, agave and yogurt until smooth.
2. Stir in diced peaches.
3. Fill your popsicles molds.
4. Freeze at least 4 hours unless you have a Zoku Quick Pop Maker, if so, you’ll be snacking in about 7-9 minutes.

Notes:
-Agave Nectar is a readily available sweetener typically located in the baking aisle near the granulated sugar.
-If your peaches are not too sweet, you may need to add more Agave to suit your taste. Honey or Maple Syrup can be a substitute.
