- Size D/3/3.25mm crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge
- Tapestry needle
- 2 yds 1/8-inch elastic
- 2 plastic 1-inch rings
- Sewing needle and matching thread

Armhole Edging
Rnd 1: Working in unworked ch-5 sps of 1 armhole, with white, make slip knot on hook and join with sc in first ch-5 sp; 2 sc in same sp; 3 sc in each rem ch-5 sp; join with sl st in first sc.Rnd 2: Ch 1, working in back lps only, sc in same sc and in each rem sc; join with sl st in first sc. Fasten off.
Rep on other armhole.
Hood

Hood Edging
Rnd 1: Hold Hood with RS facing you; working in ends of rows around Hood, with white make slip knot on hook and join with sc in end of first row; sc evenly around, keeping edge flat; join with sl st in back lp of first sc.Rnd 2: Ch 1, working in back lps only, sc in same sc and in each rem sc; join with sl st in first sc.
Fasten off and weave in ends.
